Ultimate
Snowstorm Set
 In
recent years, the classic snowstorm effect has gained more and more popularity.
In case you're not familiar with it, here's what happens. The perfomer tears a
sheet of tissue paper to shreads, then soaks the paper in a glass of water.
Next, the water is squeezed from the paper, making a wet ball of paper. the
magician fans the wet ball, and the paper is instantly dry, and flutters up into
a huge "snowstorm" of confetti. A beautiful, crowd pleasing effect.

Snowstorm Refills
 Here
are the snowstorm refill packets. Each
package contains a dozen snowstorm packets small enough to fit in the hand and
yet produce a shower of paper "snowstorm" flakes to fill the
spotlight. You can even stack two of these packets for a bigger
"blizzard." These are made by Wizard Blizzard and are totally white
paper snowflakes. $15.
Hot Flip Flops (Stage Size)
 Performer
displays an accordion pleated set of boards or panels, with six different
colored miniature glitter "fans" attached to them. When the panels
open, the fans expand. A spectator selects any of the six colors. With a simple
twist of the wrist, all the different colored fans change to the selected color.
A great combination of Jacob's Ladder, with the "Hot Rod" force. I've
been having fun with this! After the kids see them change to the selected color,
they usually yell, "Change them back." I explain I can't, and as I
look away, they all change, much to the delight of the kids! Easy to do, the
panels measure 3.5 inches wide and 5.25 inches high, for larger audiences. Order

 Knot-A-Chance
When I first saw this years ago, I liked it so much, I bought two! In
recent years, it has been unobtainable, but thanks to Hank Moorehouse,
we've finally gotten a supply in from Europe! Show three pieces of red
rope. One rope has yellow ends, another rope has blue ends, and the last
has green. Explain that one rope has a secret mark hidden in your hand,
and if they select the marked rope, they win a prize! One by one, the
spectators pull two ropes from your hand. There's no secret mark. When
you pull the last rope from your hand, you reveal the secret mark--a big
knot tied in the rope, and tied into the know is a hundred dollar bill!
(Use whatever you can afford!) Yes, if you'd like, you can let the
spectator win. I've used this effect in many ways. In my mathematics
school show, it was an illustration of probability and games of chance.
Sometimes, after two people have helped me in a routine, I bring this
out to give them a chance to win a bonus prize. It works well as a stand
alone effect. It takes up no space in your case, resets in 5 seconds,
and plays anywhere, even surrounded. The ropes are a special woven rope
from Europe--regular rope will not work with this effect. Get yours

 Balloon
Silk Frame
On the table is a beautiful decorated frame. The Magician puts two
blue silks into the frame, one on each side. He blows up a balloon and
places it in the center of the frame. The spectators see the two silks
and the balloon in the frame. Next, the magician vanishes a red silk any
way he chooses. He then claps his hands, or fires a pistol at the frame.
The balloon pops and the red silk instantly appears tied between the two
blue silks in the frame! Very visual magic! Comes with everything you

 The
Great Pumpkin
Just in time for your fall and Halloween shows, Fairchild Magic
presents, "The Great Pumpkin!" The magician shows a picture of
a pumpkin and states he will use magic to change it into a
jack-o’-lantern. He covers the pumpkin with a decorated box, and when
the box is removed, the pumpkin has changed into a jack-o’-lantern.
The magician then covers the jack-o’-lantern, and changes it back into
a pumpkin. This is repeated numerous times. However, the audience is
quick to notice that the magician has been turning the pumpkin around
under cover of the box. Finally, the magician shows the back side of the
pumpkin, and instead of a jack-o’-lantern, he shows it is a piece of
pumpkin pie. The magician says, "I've shown you a trick, now,
here's your treat." When the magician lifts up the decorated box, a
large amount of candy cascades out! This effect is made in the usual
high quality that Fairchild is known for, and it's totally
self-contained. Box stands 12 inches high, and the entire outfit is made
of gleaming acrylic, with big, bold decorations. Do something different
