It was performed by Doug Henning on one of his television specials, and is used by hundreds (if not thousands) of magicians around the world. One of Europe's top magical award winners, lecturer, and brilliant stage performer, Alexander de Cova, gives a new take on this timeless effect.
A spectator signs or draws a picture on a silk. Slowly and deliberately, the magician vanishes the silk at his fingertips. Now the performer takes an apple which was in full view all the time from the table. He cuts open the apple. Something yellow sticks out of the center of the apple! With a large knife a yellow silk is now pulled from the inside of the fruit, which was in full view all the time! Now the silk is given to the spectator with the original signature! Alexander's handling of the silk appearing in the apple is also not what you may think. It's totally different in its approach from previous methods. This one is ultra clean! The DVD explains in fine detail all the preparations, moves, and fine points typical of Mr. de Cova's meticulous manner. The DVD comes with two special gimmicks to perform this amazing routine. $25
