Stiff Rope
Magician displays a piece of rope about 30" long. Rope is coiled over magician's hand to prove it is just an ordinary rope. Now magician stretches the rope between his two hands, horizontally, and pretends to hypnotize the rope. One hand is now released and the rope stands rigid like a stick. Magician merely blows on the rope and it falls down limp once again. Thick rope, shows up well from stage. Easy to do, always ready to go. Only $10.

    Boy, am I excited to be carrying these great tables! I bought the second one Joe ever built, way back in the early 1980's, and I still have it! Hank Moorehouse Cube Table
Here's another table I use in just about every show. Sometimes, it is the only table I use! The Hank Moorehouse Cube Table is 13" X 13" and opens at the top and back. When the top door is opened, it turns into a flat table top, or working surface. There is a small strip attached to the front of the top, to prevent items from rolling off. The back opens too, allowing easy access to props which are carried inside. If needed either door can be left closed. Personally, I have used this table in many ways. Sometimes it is a side table, used in a "magic done to music" routine with silks, flowers and candles, etc. This open top type of table allows me to steal and ditch items into the table. Other times, when I'm doing a one man banquet talking act, I can carry my entire 40 minute show in this table. There's plenty of room for tricks such as the newspaper tear, pom pom stick, cards across, egg bag, rope routine, etc. This is a great table for cramped show conditions, such as you might find in a banquet situation. Eureka Table Base
The perfect table base is Eureka! First it is STABLE! It's designed with a large spread, to hold a large or small table top. The Eureka folds down to 26 inches. The leg spread is 22 inches. Height is adjustable from 29 inches up to 52 inches. Raise or lower it with a turn of a knob. Chromium plated silver to last! Plastic tips at the end of each leg.
